2. Product Performance, Applications, Features & Highlights
🔹 Core Performance
Durability & Stability: The bolted galvanized steel frame is rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, with a reinforced base that supports heavy loads and ensures structural stability.
Thermal & Acoustic Insulation: Sandwich panels provide excellent heat/cold insulation and noise reduction, keeping the interior comfortable in extreme temperatures and quiet in noisy environments.
Waterproof & Leak-Proof: Sealed panel joints and roof design prevent water penetration, making the house suitable for rainy and humid climates.
Safety & Compliance: Meets international construction safety standards, with fire-resistant options and anti-theft features for long-term use.
🔹 Applications
This versatile unit is ideal for:
Construction site offices, meeting rooms, and worker dormitories
Temporary disaster relief housing and emergency shelters
Remote work camps for mining, oil, and infrastructure projects
Small retail kiosks, pop-up shops, and ticket booths
Backyard guest houses, home offices, and storage units
Mobile clinics, classrooms, and community service centers
🔹 Key Features

3. Manufacturing Process
Step 1: Raw Material Cutting & Preparation
Galvanized steel profiles are cut, punched, and drilled according to precise engineering drawings to form frame components (base, top, corner posts).
Sandwich panels are cut to size with CNC machines, with pre-cut openings for windows and doors.
Step 2: Panel Production & Finishing
Insulation cores (EPS/rock wool/PUR) are bonded between steel sheets using high-strength adhesive.
Panels are coated with anti-corrosion paint, and wood grain or solid color finishes are applied as requested.
Step 3: Frame Fabrication & Treatment
Steel components are welded (where required) and treated with anti-rust primer and topcoat to prevent corrosion.
All bolt holes and connection points are precision-aligned for easy assembly.
Step 4: Pre-Assembly & Quality Check
A trial assembly of the unit is conducted in the factory to ensure all parts fit correctly.
Windows, doors, and hardware are installed and tested for functionality.
Step 5: Electrical & Plumbing Pre-Installation (Optional)
Wiring for lights, sockets, and switches is pre-routed through the frame.
For units with restrooms or kitchens, plumbing lines are pre-installed and pressure-tested.
Step 6: Packaging & Shipment Preparation
All components are disassembled, labeled, and packaged securely for flat-pack shipping.
Assembly instructions and hardware kits are included for on-site installation.
4. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: How long does it take to assemble a flat-pack container house?
A1: A standard 20ft unit can be fully assembled in 2–4 hours with 2–3 workers using basic tools. No heavy machinery is required.
Q2: Can I stack multiple units or combine them to make larger spaces?
A2: Yes! Units can be stacked up to 2 stories high or connected side-by-side to create open-plan offices, dormitories, or even multi-story buildings. Custom connection kits are available.
Q3: Is the house suitable for use in cold or hot climates?
A3: Absolutely. The sandwich panels provide excellent thermal insulation. For extreme climates, we offer thicker 100mm panels and optional heating/cooling system installations.
